A woman takes pictures of a $100,000 custom chopper built by Alan Bernard of Santiago Chopper in support of Mark Lunsford. Lunsford's daughter, nine-year-old Jessica, was kidnapped and murdered by a registered sex offender. She was reported missing exactly two years ago on Feb. 24, 2005. Lunsford has spent the past two years raising awareness and working to pass "Jessica's Act" strengthening penalties against child predators. To date, the act has passed in 26 states.
